FM Business Investors Group is the division especially intended for developers, institutional and private investors, family offices and financial entities, with whom we advise and collaborate in all phases of the value chain of the full property development process.

From researching plots or property assets which the investor requests according to the size of their investment, the carrying out of “due diligence” in legal and technical terms, market research, analysis of supply and demand, feasibility studies, a financial study, the purchasing of plots, relevant urban management with the different, competent public bodies, through to the granting of the corresponding licences and permissions.

We also advise investors in the design of the correct property product according to the target public we want to address. This is based on prior studies of supply and demand, the management and sub-contraction of the works, the configuration of the technical teams, architects and quantity surveyors, as well as the project management team.
